Desert 03:31
you walk away like it was you walk away like it was chasing you i saw a fire in the I saw a fire in the middle of the night its coming to an end you say don't know where you've been you say I've seen it all I saw a fire in the i saw a fire in the middle of the night I was a cold wind blowing over the days its not enough that I would change away from where I came and now I'm walking backwards and now I'm walking through the fog that mirror won't tell me nothing that mirror won't tell me what i want I saw a fire in the I saw a fire in the middle of the night Its coming to an end you say its coming to an end and you can find your own way out

The Greys 03:14
waking up waking up to something I can barely see thats the way thats the way they told me it would always be and if it goes then it goes like the wave I am not your enemy today I think I found the antidote down in the greys you told me stories back when I was still young of sailors lost at sea, those things you had done and I may never see that setting sun you won’t remember but the thoughts they live on they’re pinning ribbons on that tower you made the hardest part of this is feeling that way until we get back home until today comes to an end you won’t know the difference you won’t know the difference anyway and if it goes then it goes like the wave I am not your enemy today I think I found the antidote down in the greys I got lost searching on that hill I think there’s more to see but I don’t know if thats the way its gonna be well just let it go

you saw a road in the making  running past ships among the fires we left I never tried to think it over  I never tried to think of what if I had  Its been a long day with no stories to tell from the view off of old ways  its the only one I really knew i saw a bird in the pine humming warm words against a hot black sky  i didn't stop to ask her why  i took my time we both fell down in the grave yard thats when she starts to say its the longest roads that lead you home but I hope theres a better way out of that blank space we walk quietly in to the void counting our days  when will it be enough wanting more?

Pioneers 03:57
i was walking somewhere with my suitcase i don't know where I'll be when i leave here still searching for some answers in the tall, tall grass i don't know where I'll be when I leave here its all I get to know its all I get to see on some lengthy journey with the detours and all unanswered questions from the night before I don't know where I'll be when I leave here still searching for those answers like those pioneers its all I get to know its all I get to see

Funeral 03:50
She sits by the window watching those rolling hills the sun across the floorboards comes in quiet and still I don't know what you're thinking but thats alright with me too long in the ocean on that big submarine its a little too late for the funeral pack up your black dress and let go and I've been wondering about this for too long I've been chasing all the words like they were gold grown tired of what you see when there's nothing there to show dawn turns into daylight over the soft setting sun echoes on the rooftops whisper all that we've done you walk outside to lightening signs and neon skies above watch passerbys make lonely eyes at the ones they want to love its a little too late for the funeral pack up your black dress and let go and I've been wondering about this for too long I've been chasing all the words like they were gold grown tired of what you see when there's nothing there to show
